The Mustard Seeds sponsor a Basket Bingo and Brunch each Spring and Fall as our primary fundraiser. We have a ton of fun at these events (our players can get very competitive!) The proceeds from each bingo benefit Tabor's Benevolence Fund. This fund is distributed locally to Lebanon County Christian Ministries, United Church of Christ Homes, Penn Central Conference, and a variety of other outreach initiatives. It's also a valuable tool for Tabor to interact with the Lebanon community.

Filling Sale
Imagine a recipe needing 3,500 potatoes, 300 loaves of bread, and 54 gallons of milk, as well as onions, celery, and plenty of un-paid professionals. What you have is an annual week-long event resulting in 4,642 pounds of Pennsylvania Dutch Potato Filling, and priceless hours of fellowship. Each November, Tabor’s social hall becomes a mini factory, churning out homemade filling that generates over $4,700 for Tabor’s general fund. This year the deadline for handing in orders for Tabor's Potato Filling has come and gone. If you have never tried Tabor's famous filling, try back with us again in October 2008.

German Heritage Market
Tabor’s German Heritage Market was generated from the Parish Life Committee as an annual fundraiser to promote the various talents of our church members. After several very successful years, the GHM Committee has found a proven recipe featuring various booths of interest for all visitors:
- Tabor’s homemade pot pie and delicious baked goods in our Food Court
- Award-winning preserves and fresh produce at our Farmer’s Market
- Candy creations from Kris Kringle’s Sweets
- Christmas treasures in our Christmas Attic
- Stocking Stuffers for all ages
- Handmade arts and crafts
- Original, handmade quilt raffle
- Guided tour of our historic building
- And much more!

Hershey bears
It’s Tabor Night at the Hershey Bears! Once a year, members of Tabor and their friends purchase tickets and attend “Fan Appreciation Night” at the Hershey Bears Hockey Game hosted in the Giant Center in Hershey, Pa. With the purchase of each ticket for the game, each person also receives a one-day pass to Hershey Park. We have a great time together while cheering on the Bears and again when we attend Hershey Park together in the summer.
Outdoor service & church picnic
Each summer Tabor conducts an Outdoor Service and picnic for our church members and guests. Whether it is on the church lawn or at a local park, we enjoy fellowship, fun, and the fresh outdoors. Bring a covered dish, sun glasses, your lawn chair and spend the afternoon with us!
Vacation bible school
Tabor offers a summer Bible School for the children of the church and friends from the neighborhood. The theme varies from year to year, but good times for all are always guaranteed!

Youth events
Tabor's Youth are an integral part of the life at Tabor. These kids volunteer their services to just about every event at Tabor, and sponsor many of their own events and “run the show” for our much anticipated Christmas Eve Service. To fund all these soul nourishing activities the Youth Group has fund raisers throughout the year.
